Call for papers

Following a successful second edition, the Third EAGE Workshop on Practical Reservoir Monitoring will be held in March 2020 in the beautiful city of The Hague, Amsterdam. As in previous workshops, we will continue to monitor the progress of Permanent Reservoir Monitoring as well as emerging techniques and trends in 4D applications and alternative geophysical methods.

Second EAGE Workshop on Practical Reservoir Monitoring

After the successful first edition this workshop returns to Amsterdam in 2019! More information about the date, venue and the Call for Abstracts will be announced shortly. Please visit this website regularly to stay fully up-to-date and join us in Amsterdam.

The aim of this workshop is to investigate how reservoir monitoring processes - utilising geophysical, geomechanical and reservoir engineering data - can be practically optimised in order to realise the full recovery potential of any oil and gas field, with the emphasis on practical applications of integrated studies incorporating use of reservoir monitoring data by reservoir engineers, production engineers and others. The benefits of different approaches to incorporate geophysical and engineering data for reservoir monitoring purposes will be investigated through case studies and discussion.
