EAGE FIELD Challenge
FIELD Challenge finalists will present their findings to an expert jury, after months of working on a dataset (provided by Total) of a discovered hydrocarbon resource. Universities and industry are invited to attend the presentations and witness the competition between the most excellent multi-disciplinary student teams on a global scale.

The winning team of the FIELD Challenge will receive a trophy during the Paris 2017 Opening Session, Monday 12 June, starting from 16:00 in the presence of the top of our geoscience and engineering community. In addition, the FIELD Challenge winners are invited by Total to a privileged visit to Total’s Scientific Headquarters in Pau, France. A prize that could open doors in a students’ career!
The trophy winners will have the opportunity for 2–3 days as Total’s VIP guests to discover the business, the high technology facilities, and personally meet Total’s global chief geophysicist and geologist.
Student Programme activity registration can only be done in the Student Court, booth #480 during Exhibition hours from the Ice Breaker onwards.
